Originally employed in the City Engineers Department at Newcastle City Council, moved to Northumberland County Council as site engineer on various reclamation schemes including the Queen Elizabeth II Country Park which was created on the site of one of the largest colliery spoil heaps in Europe.<\/p>\n

Now with over 25 years\u2019 experience in business as an owner\/ director in the building and home improvement sector, I am also a director of 55 Degrees North Ltd and 55 Degrees North RTM Ltd.<\/p>\n

Directors manage the day to day running of 55 Degrees North which as well as the 165 residential apartments and associated multi-level car park has a complicated relationship with the attached commercial units and the adjacent roads. All providing valuable experience in apartment block management and dealing with freeholders and their managing agents.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

An experienced, focused director and business owner with 15 years of commercial experience. Dedicated, driven and professional to the core, I work with great integrity. Leading from the front, I am energetic with great passion and enthusiasm for running businesses.<\/p>\n

Recognising the serious position of St Ann\u2019s Quay in 2010, I stepped forward to form a corporate structure and overhaul the management of the company. I went on to restructure the financial management, Board objectives and daily management of the building. I\u2019ve also led several complex legal cases for the benefit of the members.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m logical and extremely analytical, adept in solving problems and making key decisions based on the changing needs of the business. I have great attention to detail, encouraging this throughout the organisation.<\/p>\n

I am incredibly task orientated and process driven, building strong foundations for long term business stability and success.<\/p>\n

A proven track record of managing all key aspects of the business, specifically sales, account management, operations and financial planning. Extremely commercial with wide experience of negotiating and managing key blue chip accounts.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
