{"id":1549,"date":"2017-05-26T08:15:26","date_gmt":"2017-05-26T08:15:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stannsquaymanagement.co.uk\/?p=1549"},"modified":"2017-05-26T08:15:26","modified_gmt":"2017-05-26T08:15:26","slug":"new-proposal-for-plot-12-now-including-additional-commercial-space-and-larger-car-park","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stannsquaymanagement.co.uk\/index.php\/2017\/05\/26\/new-proposal-for-plot-12-now-including-additional-commercial-space-and-larger-car-park\/","title":{"rendered":"New proposal for Plot 12 &#8211; now including additional commercial space and larger car park"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nothing has appeared on the planning portal yet but this article has just appeared in Insider News North East.<\/p>\n<article class=\"article\">\n<div class=\"article-content\">\n<p><em>Adderstone Group has submitted updated plans for a proposed 124-apartment and commercial scheme at Newcastle&#8217;s Quayside.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The 1.5-acre site, located adjacent to St Ann&#8217;s Quay, would be one of the last to be developed at the site and has been dubbed North Shore.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Having worked closely with Ryder Architecture, Adderstone Group has proposed a stepped, landmark envelope comprising five towers, varying between ten and 16 floors.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The updated application includes 122 two-bed and two one-bed apartments, and a 4,550 sq ft commercial unit.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The proposed scheme incorporates a number of private roof gardens and quay level gardens, and includes provisions for 151 car parking spaces.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>It is estimated that more than 400 jobs would be created as a result of the project; 160 during construction and 240 through supply chain.
