It is really important that we can reach you in an emergency. If you are renting out your apartment we need to be able to reach your tenants too. So please complete our owner registration form now and each time your details change or you have a new tenant.
Following the Grenfell tragedy we have been advised of a need to improve our procedures for logging resident details.
If you are a non resident leaseholder especially, we need to know who is in your apartment and how many occupants it has.
It is simple to record this information online; if you use a letting agent can you please make them aware that they must record any change in these details
