The apartment leases at St Anns specifically exclude short term letting. Leaseholders allowing their properties to be used for weekend / holiday lets or as a “hotel alternative” are in breach several clauses of the lease and as such will be pursued through legal channels. All costs of this process will be charged to the leaseholders service charge account.

Note that any leaseholder who is sub letting must provide a copy of the sub letting lease to the management company.

In addition for legal and fire safety reasons we require contact details for the person(s) actually living in the apartment. Leaseholders are responsible for ensuring this requirement is met by completing our online form here

Long term letting (6 months or more) is permitted and as such we have appointed 2 approved letting agents who carefully vet potential tenants and ensure that they are fully aware of the terms of the lease etc. We strongly encourage any owner considering letting their apartment to use one of these agents.
